I think you have a typo in the prefix to the phone number of this restaurant that you will want to fix. You left the zero off 210. Also, could not find a link to your email, which I would have liked to use to leave this comment vs. using this space. Thanks again for this wonderful service.Newsosaurhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11954243708914033601noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1043615351924565242.post-2764840531582962602010-12-21T20:39:45.310-08:002010-12-21T20:39:45.310-08:00There are many more regions in Greece that histori...There are many more regions in Greece that historically supplied a nectar to humans that was also fit for Godly consumption.
By the way olive oil was also considered to be one of the nectars of the Greek Gods. I have two of your books and have cooked extensively from the recipes - your recipe gives me the best tsoureki I've ever tasted!

By the way, the reason why your Matsuhisa blackened cod tastes like no other cod is because it actually isn't cod at all! What Matsuhisa serves is "black cod", also known as butterfish in North America.thalassa_mikrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01942716364297839680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1043615351924565242.post-4620397941354783752010-05-24T17:24:24.324-07:002010-05-24T17:24:24.324-07:00I am enjoying all these notes. I would love to know ideas for Symi. I am interested in the cooking of the Dodecanese, and want to learn mroe about it.Lunahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02183405479153341478noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1043615351924565242.post-15091357253216663232010-05-02T10:21:04.261-07:002010-05-02T10:21:04.261-07:00creative and delightful. This is also the Thai restaurant won't use chili or fish sauce. Sad, since the authenticity is then lost.

Taco Bueno and Dos Hermanos are also in the north.CaliforniaKathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02604689834411117226noreply@blogger.com
